Dutch Regulator Issues Binding Instruction to Endorphina Over Games on Illegal Sites
The Kansspelautoriteit has concluded that Endorphina's Maltese and Cypriot entities failed to take adequate measures to keep their games off gambling sites operating illegally in the Netherlands, and has issued a binding instruction under the Dutch facilitation provision.
