Checkd launches exclusive World Cup podcast with William Hill


Fast-growing iGaming business Checkd Media has launched an exclusive weekly World Cup-themed podcast series, No Tippy Tappy Football, with Sam Allardyce and sponsored by William Hill.

Former England manager ‘Big Sam’ is the recurring guest on a podcast being launched across Checkd’s Footy Accumulators social channels, starting on October 25th and running for eight weeks up until the end of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The podcast, which can be listened to through Apple Podcasts and Spotify, with full episodes available on YouTube, is hosted by Natalie Pike. It starts with an episode that also features Allardyce’s former assistant at Bolton, Sammy Lee, as they discuss which players would make their own 26-man squad, if they think England have what it takes to win the World Cup, and which players should make up Gareth Southgate’s starting XI.

No Tippy Tappy Football with Sam Allardyce will go on to cover a range of topics and betting tips revolving around the forthcoming action in Qatar, which kicks off on Sunday, November 20th and ends with the World Cup Final on December 18th. Further guests include Simon Jordan, Graeme Souness, Duncan Ferguson and Peter Reid.
